Fastrak Networking is a UK-based business providing training, coaching, and resources to help individuals and businesses improve their networking skills.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

Live Events & Training Sessions:

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but we may o􀆯er to transfer your booking to a future session where possible.

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Digital Products & Downloads:

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not o􀆯er refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed unless it is faulty.

One-to-One Sessions:

Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice can be rescheduled.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
